Marché, a grande French Brasserie in Chicago offers a theatrical dining experience in the Randolph Street Market district. Multilevel seating, brightly colored umbrellas that hang from the ceiling, and velvet seats in shades of red and yellow add to the circus atmosphere, as does the exhibition kitchen, eclectic design and seasonal French American inspired cuisine.

Marche's Cuisine revolves around the freshest products available, prime meats, the freshest fish and the finest vegetables. The kitchen coaxes maximum flavor from simple ingredients in mostly traditional French preparations. Hearty and rustic; juicy seared pork tenderloin in demi-glace is plated with sausage and bacon-braised cabbage. Wood grilled prime ribeye is served with a bouquet of vegetables, potatos dauphinoise and béarnaise sauce. Desserts are bistro classics, like tarte tatin with crème fresh and the classic vanilla crème brulee.
