Opera offers Chinese cuisine derived from a contemporary menu and prepared fresh and creatively presented. Tantalizing menu items include Scottish salmon with bok choi black mushrooms and peppered filet mignon served over a mango beurre blanc with a side of broccoli in black-bean sauce. For dessert, try the Taste of Fruit, a mélange of sweet, tart and terrific fruits with an arrangement of lemon cream-filled fortune cookies or the decadent Tao of Chocolate, a liquid-center flourless chocolate cake with sticks of frozen chocolate mousse.
