Foundation Dining Room, located within House of Blues, showcases a progressive American menu encompassing influences from the American southwest, which are blended with exciting flavors of the Pacific Rim. Exotic, tantalizing and unique culinary offerings are complemented by the eclectic setting of 19th century French carved mahogany, Oriental carpets and treasures from the Anheuser-Busch mansion.

Foundation Chef Matthew Castro offers an array of menu items including his Crispy Provimi Veal Sweetbreads, Hawaiian Kona Kampache and Grilled New York Striploin, just to name a few. The Dining Room offers an extensive wine list and premier cognacs to suit your sophisticated needs.

The Foundation Dining Room can also be booked for private events. The Dining Room is an exclusive private space that can hold up to 55 people for a seated dinner or 75-100 people for a reception style event with limited seating. This space is perfect for rehearsal dinners, client entertaining, networking receptions and other special events. A dedicated Sales Manager is available to assist you with all of your planning needs.
