Green Dolphin Street offers contemporary American fine dining blended with a French and Italian technique to compliment their expansive wine selection. Their innovative and irresistible menu changes daily to include items such as the Salmon Tartare “martini” ribboned with crème fraiche and topped with bright-green celery granite and caviar, richly flavored king salmon presented on a raft of caramelized asparagus spears over a puddle of truffled morel cream sauce, or mild venison over a pear-celeriac puree. Only the finest locally grown organic meats and produce are used in these delightful creations.

Sophisticated Jazz Club
Green Dolphin Street explores diverse musical stylings every night of the week, from Latin jazz to Chicago blues. The cover charge varies per event. Green Dolphin Street offers free cover for diners only.

Sunday’s Intimate Jazz Series continues with great trios and quartets up close and personal…always acoustic and never a cover.

Mondays - Closed

Tuesdays are Latin Jazz Nights beginning at 6:30 with the Jose Valdes Latin Jazz Trio. Salsa DJs and dance lessons at 9:30.

Every Wednesday night, Green Dolphin Street hosts the Bill Porter Orchestra. – Chicago’s pre-eminent Big Band. Bill Porter has played with all the greats…from Stan Kenton to Maynard Ferguson.

Thursdays we play rock/jazz fusion with The Sidewinders featuring Dan Peters.

Fridays and Saturdays feature local and national live acts ranging from Chicago blues to rockin’ rhythm and blues, to contemporary Latin.
